SHIPPING POLICY

Processing: Orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Sunday.

Shipping: Free shipping on all orders over $15. Orders under $15 are charged a smallshipping rate at checkout to cover packaging costs.

Delivery times (estimates, not guarantees): 3-7 business days.

Lost or delayed orders: If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact support@dooryikes.com and we'll resend it or refund you, your choice.

Customs: Orders outside the EU may be charged local fees by your country. Those are set by your government, not by us, and are the customer's responsibility.

Wrong address: Double-check your address at checkout. We can't reship for free if the address you gave us is wrong.
